- One pair, about 25 × 7 cm (9.8 × 2.8 in), 236 g; black handle with a textured, non-slip grip.
- Stainless steel blade (3CR13) with a plastic-and-rubber handle. The maker describes the two halves as removable for cleaning.
- Rinse and dry after use, and keep fingers clear of the blade edge when opening.
